Where is your faith?
So many of us claim to have faith, but do we actually trust God when it gets hard?
I think we have more faith in some areas and less in others.
For example, I have so much faith for my finances. I have seen God be faithful and provide for me time and time again. I hardly ever lose faith in that area.
But when it comes to healing, I struggle to have as much faith. I can feel symptoms and feel pain. Just because I don’t see the healing, doesn’t mean it’s not happening.
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1
Faith is believing and believing isn’t always seeing. Its the evidence of things unseen.
We can’t see the sun at night, but we know it is still real. We cannot see God but yet we believe in Him. It is the same with our faith.
We pray and hope for things, for the promises of God, for restoration, for healing, for peace, for comfort. God is always moving, always working, and always there for us.
But sometimes we have to remember that just because we don’t see the prayer answered yet, don’t see the complete healing yet, don’t see the money come in yet, don’t see the promise come to pass yet, doesn’t mean that God isn’t going to come through for you.
It’s moments before the breakthrough that we need to have the most faith and not lose hope. We need to trust that God will come through every single time, even if it’s at the last second.
God doesn’t work on our timeline.
We need to have more faith when things aren’t going perfectly. We need to be growing in faith and expecting. We need to believe that He keeps His word even if we don’t see it yet right away.
I encourage you, don’t lose hope and don’t let your faith dwindle. God is so good and so loving. He never lets us down. No matter what it is you are feeling or seeing, it doesn’t matter. What matters is who God is, and He is unfailing.
So He most definitely won’t fail you, ever.

Pray with me!
Father God, thank you that your love and promises for me are unbreakable. Forgive me for doubting or losing faith when things seem hard. Help me to remember that you always come through for me, even if it’s at the last second. Thank you for being the one thing I can depend on no matter what is going on around me. You are so good to me. Give me supernatural faith as I wait on your promises. I love you.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
